Prezi is a great presentation software to have when you need to make presentations. Prezi gives the user several choices for your presentation making. Prezi allows you to create 3D zooming presentations online or offline. Prezi gives you the opportunity to present you presentation in real-time when you use it online. There are several other ways in which the user can use Prezi; you can embed your presentations anywhere on the web, share instantly online with your personalized link, you can store the presentation in the cloud and sync it to you iPad and iPhone. Prezi is user friendly and offers several options for adding your personal style to your presentation. Prezi does have an option for a free trial, but it is for a short time period. If you like Prezi you would have to purchase the software and download it to your computer. I give Prezi software a ten and will use this for my presentations for school and work.

Have you ever needed to back up your work on the computer and you didn't have a way to take it with you. You probably used your thumb drive, but wait you realized you left it at home, know what are you going to do? You can use Google Drive for storing you information with out having to carry your thumb drive or computer with you. All you have to do is set up an account and you can load your information to Google Drive and it will be stored for you. It is easy to use and is accessible from a range of devices such as; your phone, tablet or computer. Google Drive is free to set up an account and it comes with 15GB of free storage to start out with. If you run out of storage space and would like more all you have to do is simply purchase the amount of space you need. I would use this application and it makes it an easy and convient way to store important information for those who are always on the go, Oh wait that would be all of us right?
Word Processing

Microsoft Word is a free application that can be downloaded to your computer to use. You can use Microsoft Word for typing word documents such as letters, homework, resumes and newsletters. The application is easy to use and offers a variety of templates to choose from. Microsoft Word allows you to make different forms kinds of document on your computer while giving you the opportunity to style your work as well. I give Microsoft Word a ten for its simplicity to use and its various options that are free.
Apache Open Office

Apache Open Office is another great word processing application for your computer. If you have a Mac computer and need a word processing software look not farther than Apache Open Office. It is a free and easy way to make word documents on your computer for your convenience. With Apache Open Office you are able to make letters, resumes, newsletters, flyers and type out simple word documents. Apache offers several options for adding your personal style to the documents that you create. I give this application a ten and would use it for all of my personal word documents and professional documents as well.
Spreadsheets

Microsoft Excel is a helpful and user friendly application to use on your computer. With Microsoft Excel you can manage and organize important documents. You can make spreadsheets for budgets and your bills. Microsoft Excel offers a variety of spreadsheets, you can use it for stat reports and time sheets as well. Microsoft Excel gives you the opportunity to organize and keep up with important information you need to make a report out of. With Microsoft Excel your are also able to place all of you information into a chart or a graph. Microsoft Excel is accessible from you iPhone, Mac or iPad for your convenience. I give Microsoft Excel a ten and would use this application for organizing all of my important information.

Apache OpenOffice Calc is a very friendly user application for you computer. It allows you to organize data and turn it into useful data that you can use. You can make spreadsheets for budgeting you check book and keeping up with your bills. You can use it for stat reports, by simply placing the data into the computer and using the right calculations, you can make table charts for visual purposes concerning your information. I would use this application on my computer for school projects and for various projects on my job. The ability to place your information into a chart is very helpful. I give Apache OpenOffice Calc a ten for its usefulness and professional looks.
Databases

Oracle Database is a nice and friendly application to have on your computer. With Oracle Database you are able to organize data into one location. Oracle Database allows you to put all of you data into one location in Cloud storage. This is a great application because once again you do not have to store information onto you computer or thumb drive, just simply save it and it's stored in Cloud. With Oracle you are able to take useful information and organize it into a database for easy access. Oracle also gives you the opportunity to make charts and graphs after you enter your information into the database. I give this application a ten and would use it to keep up with all of my important information in one location.
IBM DB2

IBM DB2 is an easy to use application that every one is able to use on their computer. This program allows you to upload and organize data into one place for your convience. It allows you to take important information and place it into the database for easy access. You can make charts and tables with the information you load into the database if you want to do so. This is a great application for making databases with your information. I would use this application and give it a ten.

Adobe Creative Cloud allows you to download and install the apps you have always used. Once you download them to your computer you do not have to have internet for the applications to run. Adobe Creative Cloud gives you the opportunity to create awesome graphics, if you can think it you can create it with this application. The application allows you to create and share you designs with anyone you choose to at any time. You also have the ability to work with someone else to create a design of your choice. This application is easy and friendly to use. It is an exciting and fun application that allows you to create your own designs. It offers several options so you have the ability to create a design with your own personal style. I would give this application a ten and would use it to create all of my designs.
CorelDraw Graphics Suite X6

CorelDraw offers you the ability to create you own designs, no matter what you choose this application is for you. It allows you to edit photos that you want to put onto the web, print out or use for a project. CorelDeaw offers professional templates to follow when you are creating you own designs. You can also make custom logos and customize web pages that go with your personal style. This application allows you to add text, color, editing and creativity to you designs. It is a friendly application to use and I give it a ten. I would use this application to design logos, edit photos and create awesome graphic applications.
